I want to talk about anything. I am trying to speak to one person in my target languages per day. I hope that we can be friends and talk about things that we enjoy. Movies, food, music, friends, childhood memories—anything.

I would say my tandem is someone that is around my age range that way the relatability is there. Someone that is interested in learning English or Spanish and willing to teach me how to sound more like a native versus a book, to be able to hold convos. :)

Someone who can help me actually speak in Spanish! I’m afraid to speak and I end up responding in English because I’m embarrassed to pronounce words incorrectly or use the wrong word. Someone can be patient while I improve
