We’re looking for a proactive and organized (Jr.) Part-time Finance & Office Manager to support our day-to-day operations. Your core focus will be on managing finance and admin tasks and supporting culture-building initiatives within the team. 

• Finance & Admin

  • Prepare and manage bookkeeping documents

  • Coordinate with our external accounting firm

  • Assist with monthly reporting and cost tracking
    
    
    

• Office & Team Support

  • Oversee the general organization of the office 

  • Coordinate and assist with regular company events

  • Support the People team occasionally with administrative tasks

• Are detail-oriented, self-organized and reliable 

• Are friendly, professional communicator who enjoys working with others

• You're happy working independently, with a good sense of when to ask for help

• Are comfortable working with spreadsheets and tools like Datev (or willing to learn)

• Are fluent in German and English

• Previous experience in finance admin, office management or similar roles is a plus

We’re a team of 30 people speaking 20 languages fluently between us. For those wanting to improve their German (or Denglisch!), you can join one of our German classes on us.
