As our Marketing Manager, you will own and drive initiatives across App Store Optimization, SEO, and emerging areas like AI-driven content optimization. Your responsibilities will include:

• App Store Optimization (ASO):

  • Lead global Tandem's ASO strategy, including keyword research, metadata optimisation, A/B testing, and experimentation

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to optimize app visuals and descriptions for increased visibility and downloads

  • Monitor and analyze ASO performance using tools like AppTweak or AppRadar and refine strategies based on data insights

• AI Content Optimization:

  • Create and optimize content designed for AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, ensuring Tandem’s strong presence in AI-powered search and answer platform and focusing on enhancing visibility in conversational and contextual search results

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Work with our content writer to create and implement SEO strategies and content that drive organic traffic and app installs, leveraging AI tools

• YouTube SEO and Video Strategy:

  • Develop and implement YouTube SEO strategies to maximize the visibility of Tandem's video content

  • Collaborate closely with our video content creator to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for search and engagement

  • Use insights from YouTube Analytics to refine video strategies and grow Tandem's audience and influence on the platform

• Experimentation and Reporting:

  • Design and execute a roadmap of bold experiments to grow Tandem’s organic visibility and impact

  • Build and maintain dashboards to measure ASO, SEO, and AI content optimization efforts, providing actionable insights to the team

• Collaboration and External Management:

  • Manage relationships with our copywriter, translators, and content creators to scale Tandem’s reach across diverse languages and cultures

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies in ASO, SEO, and AI-driven content

• Have 2+ years of experience in App Store Optimization (ASO), with proven results; SEO experience is a plus

• Understand the nuances of mobile marketing and emerging trends in AI-driven content optimization

• Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and have a data-driven yet creative approach to problem-solving

• Have a passion for learning, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends

• Are a great communicator and team player, capable of collaborating across teams and functions

• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Are based in Berlin or willing to relocate
