I want to get fluent enough to speak Spanish on the job in the hospital and to teach my boys. My wife is fluent in Spanish but learned at a young age so she has a hard time teaching me. I want to be fluent so we can be a bilingual family.

I would say my tandem is someone that is around my age range that way the relatability is there. Someone that is interested in learning English or Spanish and willing to teach me how to sound more like a native versus a book, to be able to hold convos. :)
