That depends on the language! I'd love to meet a Uruguayan as I'm in a relationship (long-distance) with a handsome Uruguayo. If that's not possible I'd love to practuce South American Spanish. For Portuguese my preference is for Brazilian.

I would prefer a native French speaker of similar age 23-30, who also has at least beginner English roots. I think that someone who has similar interests in television, sport, etc would be great... Obviously patience helps too

Consistent conversation, that leads to deepers understanding of French and culture surrounding it. I'd love to be bilingual .. it's sad the USA does not prioritize this.
