The question is rather what topics I don't enjoy discussing. In my opinion almost every topic can be interesting when the person talks in a way that match the other's level of knowledge. Examples of topics I'd discuss: sport, films, music, art, tech. etc.

I dunno. Should we have something in common? E.g. hobby, characteristic trait, favourite food, color?.... I think the person should be just kind and interested in talking.
